Medical Massage

A medical massage is a type of therapeutic massage that is performed with a specific medical purpose or goal in mind. Unlike relaxation massages, which focus on providing a general sense of well-being and stress relief, medical massages are often prescribed or recommended by healthcare professionals to address specific health issues or conditions.

Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage is a general term for a variety of massage techniques that are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and address specific health issues. Unlike some specialized forms of massage, therapeutic massage is often used as a more general approach to improve overall well-being.

“No matter how much it gets abused, the body can restore balance. The first rule is to stop interfering with nature.” – Deepak Chopra
